Finally, after many months of intensive planning work by “Harei Zahav”, the “Nachshon Engineering” Supervision Company and the devoted workers of the Samaria Regional Council led by the secretariat of Avnei Hefetz, all the required permits were obtained for development of the neighborhood, the groundwork and infrastructure work. Therefore, construction has begun.
