Nice to meet you

We are Immanuel, a city of Torah and tradition nestled in the heart of Samaria, just a half-hour drive from Gush Dan. Close enough to stay connected to major Haredi centers, yet far enough to raise a large family in peace and tranquility, in a pure atmosphere, and at prices that make a truly Torah-oriented home attainable. Our community is a microcosm of the Haredi world — various streams and traditions come together to create a unique social fabric, where everyone finds their place.

In Harey Zahav’s project in the new Nevi’im neighborhood, a variety of apartments will be offered, including spacious 160–200 sqm duplexes with private rooftops and breathtaking views. Residents will enjoy an expansive complex featuring schools, synagogues, and mikvahs, alongside commercial areas, community services, an amphitheater, a cultural center, and more. A new access road will shorten the drive to the neighborhood by 5.5 km, ensuring convenient transportation. Thoughtfully planned with tomorrow in mind, the project offers a perfect balance of space, community, and accessibility, making Immanuel an ideal setting for high-quality family living.

Daily life

Public transportation is an integral part of daily life in Immanuel, with frequent bus routes connecting the city to every major Haredi hub — Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Elad, and Beitar Illit. The city is well-maintained, featuring an enhanced eruv and community infrastructure tailored to a Haredi lifestyle. Numerous gemachs, charity funds, and charity initiatives operate throughout the city, reflecting a deeply rooted culture of mutual aid and kindness.

Education

Immanuel’s education system reflects the town’s diverse and unique social fabric. The city is home to educational institutions that serve various Haredi communities, each maintaining its distinctive character. Schools affiliated with Chabad, Slonim, and other Hasidic groups offer instruction in Yiddish, while other schools serve the Sephardic Haredi community. The local council provides transportation solutions for students attending schools outside of Immanuel, including special education students studying in Elad and Bnei Brak, religious-Zionist students learning in Karnei Shomron and Kedumim, and Breslov Hasidic students enrolled in schools in Elad and Hod HaSharon. The town’s education system for girls includes Ohel Rachel Elementary School, which caters to the Sephardic community, and Beit Yaakov, which serves a variety of Haredi and Hasidic groups at the high school level. The Hila program provides an educational framework for girls requiring individualized support. For boys, Netai Hemed integrates Litai and Sephardic students, while Yesodei HaTorah Talmud Torah includes study tracks for different Hasidic groups.

People

Immanuel is home to the full spectrum of the Haredi community — from esteemed Sephardic and Yemenite congregations to the Hasidic courts of Slonim, Chabad, Gur, and Breslov, alongside a broad Lithuanian population. The batei midrash and shtiebels are bustling from morning till night, and the neighborhoods radiate warmth and a strong sense of family. From an initial 600 families, we have grown — with G-d’s assistance — to over 1,200 families, and the town continues to expand and flourish.

This is a rare opportunity to establish a home rooted in Torah and yiras shamayim, in a community that is growing while staying steadfast in its values — all without disconnecting from the broader Haredi world. If you’re looking for a place where you can raise your children in a pure and protected environment, surrounded by G-d-fearing neighbors and vibrant batei midrash, Immanuel is the answer you’ve been searching for.
