The Minister of Housing toured the work sites of New Emanuel and participated in the cornerstone laying ceremony for the new neighborhood of “Ramat Emanuel” · Joint work teams of the Ministry of Housing and the City Council will be established in preparation for the anticipated massive populating in the coming years.
